Shop Content
Collection pieces are unique. The collection piece requested is the item sent. Such an item can only be sold once. The item will not be substituted by another. Unique pieces are only available once. As for jewellery pieces, such as bracelets from our bracelet collection, an item identical to the one pictured will be provided.
Payment Methods
It is possible to pay for your order via online payment systems such as PayPal, Square, or through your banking institution. It is also possible to pay cash, in person, at our shop space or at events where we showcase our goods.
If you select bank transfer / interac to process your order, your transfer must be received at marina@mineraemporium.com within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to the store as available to purchase.
Delivery & Shipping Options
Purchases are shipped within 10 days after the payment has been processed. Shipping costs vary depending on location and are detailed below. Conditions outside of our control (strikes, customs, a pandemic) may cause delays in reception. Minera Emporium is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by situations out of our control, such as delays incurred by the shipping company itself, weather related issues and the likes.
Please note any mistake with the addressee or destination address may lead to additional costs for forwarding. A returned package may require additional shipping costs. Minera Emporium cannot be held responsible if the delivery person does not follow supplementary delivery instructions that you may share in the message section of your order.
Customs fees outside of Canada may apply. Delivery within the estimated deadline is not guaranteed. Minera Emporium weaves responsibility in connection with a postponement in the reception of the order. If an untracked shipping method is chosen, no liability is ensured. Please communicate with us regarding any significant delays.

- Quebec & Ontario: Purolator express service delivered within 3 days of reception. Tracking number is provided, with or without signature. The shipping rate is 11$ without signature option, or 14$ with signature option. Shipping is free for any purchase of 111$ or more (subtotal after reduction and before taxes).
- Canada: Purolator express service delivered within 5 days of reception. Tracking number is provided, with or without signature. The shipping rate is 22$ without signature option, or 25$ with signature option. Shipping is free for any purchase of 222$ or more (subtotal after reduction and before taxes). Canada Post shipping option delivered within 5 to 10 days of reception. Shipping rates vary, options with or without tracking are offered. Shipping is free for any purchase of 222$ or more (subtotal after reduction and before taxes).
- USA: Canada Post shipping option delivered within 10 days or reception. Shipping rates vary, options with or without tracking are offered. Shipping is free for any purchase of 222$ or more (subtotal after reduction and before taxes). Asendia standard shipping option delivered within 3-15 business days, with tracking number. This shipping option is offered at a fixed rate of 22$, and is free with any purchase of $222 or more (subtotal after reduction & before taxes).
- Europe: Canada Post shipping option delivered within 10 days or reception. Shipping rates vary, options with or without tracking are offered. Shipping is free for any purchase of 222$ or more (subtotal after reduction and before taxes). Asendia standard shipping option delivered within 8-21 business days, with tracking number. This shipping option is offered at a fixed rate of 22$, and is free with any purchase of $222 or more (subtotal after reduction & before taxes).
Insurance Policy
All regular shipments include basic coverage for standard handling. For high-value parcels (including wholesale options), additional insurance options are available at an extra cost; these options will be provided for you to select. If no additional insurance is selected, Minera Emporium is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring during transit.
If no signature is required upon delivery, Minera Emporium is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misdelivery once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address.
Accessing Shipment Tracking Information
If you have selected a shipping option that includes tracking information, the tracking number will be emailed to you directly. To follow up on the lease contact the shipping company’s customer service for inquiries about shipping matters, using the parcel tracking number.

Package with Signature Option (Canada only)
Delivery without signature: by selecting this option, your parcel will be left at your door or at the door of your building if you are not present to receive the package in person.
By selecting this option voluntarily, you understand and accept the risks involved, as stipulated by the fact you accept the general shipping policies before concluding the transaction. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of your package. Therefore, if your parcel is missing upon delivery, no refund or compensation will be granted for your purchase and/or delivery in such a scenario. If you do not want to assume the risks of this shipping option, you can opt for the delivery with signature option.
Delivery with signature: by selecting this option, your parcel will be left in your hands and a signature attesting reception will be requested. If you are not present during delivery, a notice will be left at your door and you will have to pick up your parcel at the assigned Purolator facility within 5 days. If you do not meet this deadline, the package will be returned to us and it will be your responsibility to pay the shipping costs to send again.
In Store Pickup
It is possible to pick up your order at our shop space in Morin Heights, Quebec, to avoid shipping charges. This option is by appointment only, and must be scheduled. Pickup or arrangements for pickup must occur within 14 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
Exchanges and reimbursements
Please communicate with us directly regarding any dissatisfaction linked to your purchases. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Exchanges, reimbursements/store credit can take place in person at our shop space, within 14 days of purchase, if the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sold. Crystal specimens are not refundable.
Manufacturing failures, such as a broken bracelet, are covered for up to 30 days following reception. No damaged items will be exchanged or given store credit after 30 days. Cost of return shipping is to be covered by the client. Shipping costs are not refundable in the case of exchanges/reimbursements. Free shipping may not be applicable to a product exchange if order is below free shipping threshold.

Crystals and esoteric tools are symbolic objects of personal growth and evolution and are not sold for the purpose of curing or treating physical ailments and are not designed to replace any treatment plan set by your doctor.
Minera Emporium assumes no liability and cannot guarantee any results linked to the use of gemstones or talismans for personal self-development.
