Refund or Return Policy
Under regular conditions, Minera Emporium does not issue refunds. Crystal specimens are not refundable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer store credits and/or exchanges, if applicable to your circumstances, within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Our return policy lasts 30 days and is applicable to manufacturing failures. A refund or exchange is not guaranteed if 30 days have passed since your reception of the order.
Exchanges or refunds are not granted to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Earrings or essential oil rollers, due to sanitary reasons
Additional non-refundable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products, such as online courses
- Shipping costs
To complete your return, we may require the broken or damaged item to be returned to us, or a proof of damage to be submitted. Contact us with the details of your claim. It is possible to exchange the item in person to avoid shipping fees.
Return Procedures
Please contact us in order to advise us of your situation and the reason for your return. Please wait for our confirmation before returning the goods.
Once return approval has been granted, please return the items in their original condition and packaging at designated address. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The proper reception of an item required to process your return or exchange is your responsibility. You may schedule a visit to process your return or exchange in person, and thus save on shipping fees.
Once your item has been received and reviewed, your store credit or exchange will be processed. Shipping costs may apply. Free shipping is offered for purchases of a certain amount, depending on your location. If the store credit option is chosen, your store credit code will be sent by email and will be valid for 1 year. Store credit expires after 1 year of receipt. Your store credit is applicable to store items as well as shipping costs.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable to your situation, the refund will be processed following the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processing systems and thank you for your patience.
If an endorsed and expected return is not processed within 14 days, and your banking institution has no update, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only proceed with exchanges on items that have had a manufacturing issue within 30 days of initial sale. Due to the nature of crystal specimens, exchanges may not be applicable; store credit may be offered depending on the circumstances.
Gifts & Gift Certificates
Gifts are not refundable. However, items with various size options may be substituted for a better fit, within the allocated timeframe of our exchange policy.
Gift certificates work like store credit and can be applied on purchases in person or online.
