The 61st Annual Rockhound Gemboree returns to Bancroft, Ontario, from Thursday, July 30 to Sunday, August 2, 2026, bringing together collectors, hobbyists, families, and vendors for Canada’s largest gem and mineral show.

What is Bancroft’s Rockhound Gemboree?

Held annually in the “Mineral Capital of Canada,” the Rockhound Gemboree is Canada’s premier gem and mineral show. Every summer, thousands of visitors travel to Bancroft to discover spectacular mineral specimens, fossils, gemstones, jewelry, and unique treasures from around the world.

The event is designed for all ages and experience levels. Whether you’re building a serious mineral collection or introducing your children to the fascinating world of geology, there’s something for everyone.

Where is the Gemboree Held?

The Rockhound Gemboree takes place across three accessible venues in Bancroft:

The venues are located within walking distance of one another, and complimentary shuttle service is available between the main locations.
